Murder at Midnight: Texas Massacre Edition (Season 6) - Games

Every day, the Citizens vote upon who it could be. This is not Mafia. There is no detective. There are no multiple killers. There is no easy access to the killer. The Citizens must guess, and they must deal with the consequences of their actions. Every day the Citizens decide someone who is the "Murderer". They can kill decide to either execute or release the person they've selected at the end of the day. I am hoping for a turnout of at least 10 active players. Inactivity will be punished. Citizens, PM me your guess and if you vote to execute or release. You can talk amongst yourselves on the game thread itself. There are certain actions both groups can only do once. The Murderer can pass on kill someone, while the Citizens can jail a selected person over night. Guess the murderer right and execute him? Citizens win. Murderer gets it down to him and only one other citizen? He wins, killing the last player. The Murderer is randomly selected by a random number generator. He decides how to kill each of his victims via PM to me. Be creative! I'll post the update after the murder has been committed, and after an execution/release has been committed. Expect full graphic detail on a disturbing level, if the Murderer so chooses. We could get a guy who just stabs people. Or we could get a guy who cannibalizes each victim then feeds the remains to his next victim. Anything and everything! This game will have multiple "seasons". If the random number generator selects the same player, then that's who I'm rolling with. RNG is love, RNG is life. This game has continuity between its seasons and some plot elements thrown into it. If you have a character that survived a season, you can bring them back as a non-game character. Whilst you can't interact with the game characters, you can worldbuild and interact with other non-game characters, allowing you to make your own story. Occasionally, I'll be doing votes to see what deceased characters should be brought back, if they can be brought back. When brought back, these characters will have gemstones on them, allowing them to remember their death, aswell as everything they had done in the Underworld. They also allow for special abilities, unique to each person. From there, they can do everything non-game characters can do. Certain characters can be banned from the in-game gameshow, turning them into non-gameshow characters. This, however, doesn't ban them from playing in seasons that don't revolve around playing in the gameshow, aswell as anything non-game characters can do. Occupation: A wandering specimen Biography (Background behind each character): Verdugo or perhaps another one was the product of a human and insect fused with the implantation of Plagas. Verdugo was just a spare B.O.W. needed until the call came. It's brethren were presumably killed by a blonde pretty boy along with the organization it stood for in 2004. Verdugo seeks a new purpose for life as *he* travels throughout the world from Spain to the United States, believing it to be the one his masters wanted to seek revenge on. He traveled by boat as he landed near the coast of Texas due to request and wanted to establish contact with other Spanish people by the border. One weakness he might fear is Liquid Nitrogen whenever he encounters it.

[/QUOTE] As this season is more akin to the first few seasons, there isn't really a point in having a grace period of when the Non-Citizens can speak to the Citizens. Instead, I'll do a grace period of free roleplaying and world building for everyone who's made a character so far while we wait for more people to join.

Verdugo is left down a narrow and lengthy road in the scorching heat. After coming to Texas via boat he seeks a ride to the nearby board, holding up a sign that states "Will Give Blessings For Ride." Though he probably didn't think that would help but it was the only thing he could do as of right now.

I'm just going to say it. It seems like no one else wants to join. Should I just start the game?

Robust McGee quickly raised an eyebrow upon noticing Verdugo's presence. In all fairness, 'he' fit the Chaplain's profile to a tee; robed, mysterious and most probably of dubious moral integrity. Oh well, not that it mattered much; for good measure, he reached into his nigh-endless backpack of horrors which contained all of his worldly possessions (ranging from the antique laser pistol to the beakers of polytrinic acid) and after a little bit of fumbling pulled out a cassette player with a tape labelled '[URL="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oTm4CO6cASA"]The Holy Bible - WGW Edition[/URL]'. Verdugo watched the clown opened his palm and place the tape. He had no sudden reaction but to look confused as like staring at some invisible camera for players to see this. Verdugo roamed around and was intrigued by human culture and wished to study more about it.

HK-47 enhances his visual sensors and zooms onto the contestants scattered about from afar. [I]Observation: These meatbags do not have a substantial life expectancy. [/QUOTE] The game has started and the Murderer has been chosen. As I've stated earlier, non-Citizens can meet up with this season's Citizens as this season doesn't involve the game show. [QUOTE] Abraham Ali, Vanolo Bar, Judge Lawrence, John Josephson and Vadoma Ampte, aswell as the police commander, are still in LA. Whether or not Vanolo joined the group, one could take a guess. Having searched the entire city for the last week, the group has managed to narrow down Cab Calloway's location to a radio broadcasting station. Quickly heading to the building, knowing off the end of Season 5 and the beginning of Season 6, they hope Calloway is still at the building. They enter and ask the receptionist if Calloway is in the building. "Yes, he's still here. He's currently waiting for a phone call from Applewhite International to see if they would like to renew his contract.", the receptionist tells the group. Asking for his location within the building, she tells them that he's on the second floor. They thank the receptionist and head to the second floor, searching every room to find Calloway. Finally, they find Calloway and his crew in the broadcasting room. They enter calmly to ensure they don't look suspicious. Unfortunately, Vadoma's appearance doesn't lend to that. Calloway stands up and asks the group who they are and what they want. The police commander readies his gun before being stopped by John. Abraham speaks up. "Hello, mr. Calloway. My group and I have been looking for you this entire time, we are big fans of your work.", he tells Cab. Calloway is introduced to everyone in the group and he asks if they would like his crew to play something for them. Abraham tells him that they are busy and decides to become direct. "Now, Cab, we've got reason to suspect Applewhite of multiple offenses against our great nation of ours, we would know, John and I are lawyers. So, if you know where Applewhite's HQ is, that would be very helpful to our cause.", Abraham tells him calmly. Cab then tells him that, according to his contract, he can't reveal such information. Abe's stumped, as he knows the final method of extracting information from stubborn witnesses is through hearing their testimony and using logic to piece together the truth. Just as Abraham decides to ask Cab for his testimony, Cab's phone rings. He answers it. On the other line is a Applewhite representative. He tells Cab that Applewhite won't be renewing their contract. The call ends and Cab tells the group that he's free to spill the beans. He reveals that Applewhite's HQ is somewhere on the East Coast, probably in South Carolina. The group notes this down and they thank Cab for his cooperation. They leave the building and head back to the Inn. "Now that we know the HQ is in South Carolina, what do we do now?", Vadoma asks. "We'll need more hands if we want to deal with Applewhite.", Abraham says. "And I think I know who we can call.", as he looks at the group picture of three contestants that we banned from the gameshow. "We've concluded that the majority of these corpses can't be brought back. We still haven't figured out a proper way to bring back decapitated people, and we certainly doubt we can bring back someone who blew their own brains out. The only bodies we could even attempt to bring back are James McEarl's, and we doubt you wish to bring him back, sir.", they explain. "What about the Knoll Brothers?", Morty asks. "Reid Knoll is coming along slowly, as we have to deal with the reconstruction of his spine. Cameron Knoll is coming along much quicker, so you can expect him soon.". they tell him. "Excellent, thank you.", Morty says before hanging up, as he notices someone coming through his door. "Sir, we've managed to expand our influence in Quebec and Greenland.", the man tells him. "Excellent, any news regarding the lawyer, the politicians and the murderers?", Morty asks. "None, sir. I apologize.", the man tells him. "Very worrying. Alright, how is our 'project' going?", Morty asks. "We've been reverse-engineering the confiscated items we've taken from the contestants of both Season 4 and 5, just as you asked. Brother Jeremias' armor, Noraemon's future tech, Lucille.", the man tells him. "Excellent. I demand you track down Jed Sonovagun, Felix Mencher & his Time Lord companion. I wish to make them an offer they won't refuse.", Morty orders the man. "Alright, sir. I shall get on it straight away.", the man says before leaving the office. "2 weeks ago Season 5 of the popular Murder at Midnight Television show ended with the Killer being executed and David Sears, Also known as Snake along with Max Payne and Rick Grimes all surviving but being banned. They have recently announced a new season that will be set to air in a couple of days." The newscaster said. "But before we talk about it more, here is the wea-" The newscaster said before The man turning off the radio. "Hmm..Snake....Probably not......What about Abraham.....I'll try....if not......yeah...Vanolo could work" The man mumbled to himself "Car, Locate Abraham Ishmael Ali" The man said. "Locating Abraham Ishmael Ali..." "...." "....." "...." "...Could not locate Abraham Ishmael Ali, would you like me to try again or do you want me to locate someone else?" The car said. From then on Verdugo listened to the tape as he walked along the road, spotting a small town up ahead. He was curious and wished to come closer, staring at a strange sign that might be spelled out B..ol..d..wood... Boldwood. Verdugo twitched it's head and proceeded to enter the town filled with humans interacting with one another, carrying a sack on a stick. ... Vanolo Bar heard the telephone ringing at the side of his temporary bed room as he dusted the furniture. He hurried to the phone as it was something hit up. The skeleton picked up the phone and brought it to his side. "Good evening." Vanolo said. ... "A man named Damen?" ... "I suppose I should be down there. Thank you for calling me." Vanolo hung up the phone and brushed off his suit, heading downstairs for this guy.
