[Imagine Dishonored, but in the Half-Life universe, with the friends and foes, not similar story, but similar gameplay style, or something.]
So, it seems that no one has done an Action-Adventure Half-Life 2 mod, yes, I know, this idea may sound stupid, but I believe that maybe this could be original in the modding community, you know, something fresh. I understand that some will say, "Well, what about DarkRP, or [insert other RPG mod in source]" yes, that's true, but not in Gary's mod, but rather its own game. (note, not an insult to Gary) And if you think about it, Half-Life has a large amount of lore, and story into it, that surprisingly no one has touch apon, and made a mod out of it. But I don't know, I understand, source engine seems to be not a good engine to make a RPG or Action-Adventure game, but I feel that it may work, IF done correctly.

Probably nowhere because nobody's going to take you seriously if you're just going to throw vague ideas around. Idea guys are a dime a dozen.

There's not really anywhere you can put this topic, but that's not really the real problem here. If you want something like what you have in the OP done, either do it yourself or prove to people that you're worth helping, and the only reliable way to do that is to have already made meaningful progress on your own.
