I tryed re-installing the game, and nothing.
I want ALL my skins gone. How to do?
Validate/verify game cache files. It will replace all the skins with the files directly form the GCF.
Delete the Materials, Models, Scripts, and Sounds files from your TF folder. Run the game, everything is standard.
Though you will need to redownload serverside sounds if you do it this way.
Not if you disable downloading sound files.
Uninstall, go into you STEAM folder, and check if there's still folders of TF2, delete it, and reinstall.
What people above said, with VALVe games (I'm not sure about games not form VALVe purchased through steam), if you delete a folder in it, the next time you load the game, it will recreate that folder with the standard materials.
Just delete materials/scripts/models folder
