I don't think I missed any great combination of loadouts, without running into serious overlap - I wanted them to be pretty much different from each other. However, if you really feel I missed something, feel free to suggest it. It should be really good, fit well with the game mode, and not blatantly overlap with other setups, though. Enjoy! Interesting idea, not sure if it'll be enjoyable though, I don't see anyone using the Jumper for example, maybe only for goofy purposes

This seems like an interesting idea.
I like the sound of everything except that to keep my Soldier's appearance as a Steel Ronin I need to use the Direct Hit over the Rocky.
Make sure they have specific hats that are very noticable So you can tell which is which
Sucks that only the Stock Soldier has shotgun. Most of the launcher unlocks need it because of less ammo/no splash
I'd really like this. Miscs would make identification easier, provided we could maybe have a server-side skin that changes a medal or something to a class specific item. I have no idea on how TF2's skinning or modeling works, so it might be just a bad idea.
That's a very good idea. But I think you should actually have a possibility to change your melee as a stock soldier. I always play vanila soldier but I always have Equalizer with myself. I think it's a great replacement for shovel.

The tank is actually usually my default soldier layout. :v:

aww I got a bit excited, I thought this was a new gamemode just released judging by the title, but its just an idea for one :(
