Practise makes perfect.
Play more?
Tf2 can still be fun even if you're not very good. It's a lot of fun when you're getting better and you do some cool stuff. Like a successful uber rush.
Guilty as charged.
Play casualy on 24/7 cp/payload/arena or stock maps pub. Don't worry about your performance, have fun and polish killing skills.
I play huntsman sniper, pyro, and battle engy. Can I join the club? :saddowns:
pitiful bunch of losers
I learned back in the streetz of orange_x3 then I actually played maps. Then I played arena, its hard but its pretty fun. I learned a shit ton for scout on arena.
I suck at TF2. Wait no I don't. Fantastic.
I'm mediocre at every class FUCK. YEA. :byodood:
Despite having played the game since before the class updates, I still feel I suck hard at it. Of course, it has a lot to do with my shitty computer, I could probably play better if I had >12 FPS in battles. Or when looking even remotely near the action packed parts of the map.
rape
I can be pretty good, when I'm in a certain mood, like when I'm tired or something.
Well learn to TF2 thread then.
I used to be awesome but then I started playing medic for a while and NOW I SUCK AGAIN. DAMNIT.
as long as you go through the game with style, it doesnt matter i haven't been the best ever but the real money maker is the hats
http://steamcommunity.com/id/grammernatzi/stats/TF2 Wow, I got most kills with medic.
Wear a hat, people will respect you more when you fail.
Wear a hat, people will respect you more when you fail.
I wear my Lament. :P And I do have fun when I play. And I'm slowly getting better. I got 6 kills in one life a few hours ago. As heavy.
Woah there is someone worse than me
Puh-leeze. If you have 50-100 hours of TF2 and you're still horrible at TF2, then you may have a problem. Otherwise it's just lack of experience. No one is awesome at TF2 right out of the womb y'know. =P At best, someone might have experience in similar games or played the classic versions... But you can't expect to be joyfully awesome if you haven't spent at least a decent amount of time with it. There are, however, a certain number of classes you should refrain from using if you 'Suck at TF2', but only if it means that there are 'too many' of said classes: Sniper, Spy, Scout, and maybe Engineer. Other than that, all classes are usually fair game. And if you truly aren't doing well in a match, just switch to a Medic, press tab, and latch onto the person at the top of the team that isn't any of the classes I mentioned above (Medic included.). Just be sure to protect yourself, and possibly your patient if the time comes and don't ignore other people in need of health. Whilst healing, it might be a good idea to observe your patient. What is he doing that's putting him at the top of a board? Learn from it and the next time you play as the class you're healing, you'll know what to do to be a bit better. Above all though, you should be having fun. Screaming at your monitor Angry German kid style is only going to make things worse, if you find yourself being overtly frustrated, find another server or maybe just quit out of the game for a little bit. An angry gamer is an inefficient gamer. ;D Hope this lil' pep talk helps you folks who think they suck. Ah, also, don't worry too much about achievements, for the most part you'll gain most of them through normal play, the drop system will fill in the rest of the gaps, and crafting will take care of any spots neither achievements nor drops filled. That's not to say it isn't a good idea to give them a gander for some of the easier ones (Like tauntings) and ones that don't exactly require a lot of unorthodox gameplay decisions. (Such as killing stunned players and the like.)
http://steamcommunity.com/id/grammernatzi/stats/TF2 Wow, I got most kills with medic.
Not to be offensive but I had better stats than you ON MY FIRST DAY.
See? I completely suck. Even more suck.
It's okay if you suck bro. Besides, you've only played tf2 for a few hours and you'll get better if you keep playing for a few months.
I used to be pretty good at TF2, but then the Scout Update came... ...Now it wasn't the update itself that caused problems, but rather the flood of people that came with it. The servers were so clogged that I decided to stop playing for a while and wait for the numbers to die down. During that time I got gmod, and started playing that a lot. The single player held me for a few weeks but it was the multiplayer that got me, at that time Nox wasn't around to make everything suck so I wasted some time on that, then I went back to TF2. By that time everyone had gotten the scout update figured out and I was getting blasted to hell and back, and eventually I left again, this time playing Killing Floor. When the Spy/Sniper update happened I tried to get back into it, but the same thing happened. Then I found out I was surprisingly good at TFC (not bot servers.) and that kind of put the final nail in the coffin. I still like to see what the TF2 community is up to sometimes, though. So I guess the moral is that you should keep playing if you want to get better or you'll get screwed over by an update and end up playing TFC.
Be good at medic, mimic me, win at game.

23 K/D Ratio as Scout on arena :smug:

I suck at TF2 only due to the fact it is so horribly laggy for me, 9-13 fps and a 100-200 ping. When I play on my friends computer, I am actually really good.
