Demoman will get some "Industrial Strength Scrumpy" and when he burps, a shock wave (like what the airblast looks like) will blow the backwards (killing them, too).
Don't forget the super loud burp.
Display ur huge dick and Demo will say it. Do it often, and he will say it often.

Well, there's some soundpacks that replace explosion sounds with a "Kaboom!"
