Server List Failing to Appear

Every time I click join servers it pulls up the browser, but constantly says refreshing list and can never find any servers. I can still join friend servers and history servers but the server list fails to appear. I've heard that this could just be a problem on valve's end. Any ideas?

I also had this once, check your firewall.

Could be your firewall, try disabling it temporarly and see if it works

Some times when this hapens for me i just restart tf2 and i can see again those damn servers.

Had this once, disable firewall, windows has its own firewall, so don't worry about hackers and shit
