Seriously, it looks like your GPU is either dying or overheating. Most likely both, if texture memory can get scrambled so much there's an unrelated image in there :v:

Something similar happened to me after I started using custom skins. Try playing without them.

Happens to me when I play on my crappy low end laptop. It's usually the GPU overheating. :smugdog:

Artifacting, as said, your GPU is about to pass away, lower the settings/ downclock it/ get a fucking huge fan in there. Just do whatever you can to lower stress and temperatures.
