It took me a while, but I am done creating the entry list of the [URL="http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1979762"]Refined Lottery #8[/URL]. I'd like you to look at it to see if you have been properly listed ([I]Including your SteamID[/I]) and please do report if there are any issues and or mistakes. The list consists of 2 tables, each being 200 participants. The first table already has been fully filled, and the second table has been filled with 179 users. I'd like to go to 400 before I start the lottery, so 21 members can still join the lottery!
[B]Who has been declined?[/B]
The current users has been declined in joining the lottery:
- Karmal Khan
- TinKelp
- Me2nice
- MaximuM_MayheM
- Totenkreuz
Why? Because they haven't been following the instructions very well. They posted their CustomURL (names) rather than their numbered SteamID which the lottery required. There were so many examples in the other posts who correctly posted the URL plus they had quite some time to fix their post as I mentioned by a quote that they posted the wrong URL...
You HAVE to pay attention to the lottery and your posts if you join a lottery.. It's free, so what do you even have to lose?

The list is way too large for me to personally check everyone to see if you are rejected to join the lottery or not, so I'm handling this a lottery a bit differently.

Simple. Once the lottery starts ([I]or rather, ends[/I]) I'll randomize the whole list and see who the winner is. I [U][B]will[/B][/U] check the winners before hand, and if you are one of the following:
- VAC Banned
- A SCAMMER
- F2P ([I]Free 2 Play[/I]) User
You'll be removed as a winner and the participation list will be randomized again to fill in the removed users spot
[B]Has new items been added to the lottery?[/B]
Yes. Over the past 2 weeks I've gathered up more items to add within this lottery. So here is the new ([I]and old[/I]) list all the items that has been added to the lottery so far:
- 70 Refined ([I]10 Refined per winner[/I])
- Paints (Including black & Gold)
- About [U][I]20[/I][/U] hats
- Name Tags & Description Tags
- Dueling mini-games.
- Strange Weapons
List might increase the more items I'll be getting!

Why, why, why. Though I laughed at the all-caps "SCAMMER" you should really understand that what you did there is incredibly stupid. Almost as stupid as not letting any F2P people win your lottery. I'd be ashamed of myself for that, let alone post [I]another[/I] thread on FP about it.

Come again? Why would I let scammers join my lottery? I dislike scammers, so why should I? If they are listed as a scammer on the SteamREP website, then they aren't allowed to join, simple as that.

Also answering Prism's comment regarding this. Free 2 Play users can download and play Team Fortress 2 for free ([I]obviously[/I]). Thus they only have to create a new steam account and re-join the lottery and do this as many times as they like to give themselfs an unfair advantage.

What information did I exactly failed to gather? I am doing this in my free time, and even today I don't have all the free time in the world due to real life things going on. If you are talking about the scammers part, I trust that the steamrep site shows up the scammers information truthfully.

I am doing this lottery mostly out of my own TF2 items, which not a lot of people are doing. It "irks" me that some of you people can do nothing more than complain.
Would VAC ban be on Source games or just banned in general, because I'm VAC-banned on MW2 due to the IW nazis.

You're exempting me from the raffle, because my stupid steam rep has me labeled as a scammer. Well that happened to me as well as about 20 people here, we were falsely accused and the steam rep admins put that on us.

I attempted to open the console in Modern Warfare 2 to play around with settings in a private match with my friends. They stamped a ban on me.

It's not called scamming, it's called ripping off. That's why people on fp have that tag, it was called scamming and some dumbass thought it was legit scamming.
