Since the mannconomy update, valve has picked a few of the polycount entries and added them to the game. While Robin Walker stated that half of them were good enough to get official, it is not known which ones, if any, are to be added in a future update.

Some nice stuff in there, but I really like the tazer knife replacement for Spy. If we had that instead of Big Earner maybe we could explain with it why you gain cloak with each kill.

I don't think "Post Your" Threads are allowed according to the rules, but my fav pack has got to be Things You Don't Want To Get Impaled With. The Syringe Gun is lame, the melee weapon is meh

When I equipped the weapon for the first time I literally had to laugh for a bit like an evil genius because it felt so damn powerful and all the details looked so awesome. No other piece of equipment ever made me do anything like that, so my choice is obvious.
Mobilization looks awesome, but there is no way they could add it in the game unless it's a prop or a boss.
I also like LucyCharm and the Suburban Scout pack.
