Right. Whenever I try to join a server that runs with pl_upward, I get something like this.. Your pl_upward differs from the server. It's every single server, so it's something on my end. Anyone got any idea what to do here?
Verify your game cache. You might be stuck with an older version somehow.
Check your tf2 map folder to see if there is a map with the same name, if so delete it. Try the post above me first
Hell, I crash every time a server changes to ctf_doublecross. Consider yourself lucky you even get an error message. ._.
I have tried both suggestions, although no success
I'd look for anything pl_upward related in soundcaches and graphs folders in maps/. Or you could just back up mods and custom maps and reinstall the whole game if you want to be done with it.
"your pl_upload"? Is that a typo or is that what it actually says?
"your pl_upload"? Is that a typo or is that what it actually says?
Thread title talks about pl_upward, posters talk about pl_upward, so I guess it's a typo. Anyway, does this happen on EVERY server? Or just some? I recall FPUK running cp_freight, some server might have old map versions on 'em

Upward is a horrible map to play anyways, you're better off without it.
I'll try contacting steam support about this [editline]8th September 2011[/editline]
"your pl_upload"? Is that a typo or is that what it actually says?
Spelling error, sorry about that
