Hats are unlocked at random during in-game playtime. Every 15,430 seconds (4 hours, 17 minutes, and 10 seconds) you have a 3.5714% chance of receiving a hat. Codewise, every 4 hours, 17 minutes and 10 seconds, the game rolls a virtual 84 sided die. If the number on that virtual die is a 1, 2 or 3, you will receive a hat. [/release]

The 'fro was my first.
Then the Trophy Belt.
Both got smelted down to create the Baker Boy
Then came the Heavy's Football Helmet,
Finally the Tylorean.
Plus the 2 Gibus' and Bill's Hat.
I idled, so no halo, but it's not as if it looks good.
No paper bag either, I didn't have much time to play over the halloween event.
Right now I'm saving up for a pyro hat- already got 2 refined metal and the pyro token. Brigade helmet is the one I'm really after!
