That was the worst part of the update. Valve should have ignored the Civilian Heavy and focused on other things. I would be overjoyed if instead of removing the Civilian, they added custom animations for him instead and didn't tell anyone. :v:

I get this consistently now. Along with randomly crashing due to memory that could not be "read." Redownloading right now to see if it will fix it.
