Isn't this thread something the mods closed the book on months ago? I know there was one at one point, and it got locked.
what does it mean by prizes? Extra hats given away?
I don't see a problem with it.
If anything, I'll close this once I've finished my two raffles and see what happens.

About the Craftable Hat Raffle:
The original idea was that if you donated a craftable hat, Seiteki would craft them and make a new hat, and everyone who contributed would be entered in the raffle for one of those hats. However, this would only mean 50% would win. So I suggested that, since a Bill's Hat was donated, other good/non-crafting hats can be donated in addition to, which would also increase the number of winners, as the donator would still only have one slot. The goal is to get enough hats to make it where everyone wins.
We're up to 9 hats and 10 entrants!
