I've been doing this for a long ass time, especially with the blutsauger and syringe gun. Also, I wouldn't recommend using it, it slows your rate of fire.
Everybody I know knows how to do this and have known about it for a long time. Just just hold the reload button down while firing. Hold down the secondary fire button while holding down the reload button to make it jitter without firing. Do that with either syringe gun and everyone else will hear an OBNOXIOUS hissing noise from the repeated reloading sounds overlapping on top of each other. Hold down all three buttons to fire while doing this.
You can mess up the animation for any weapon that uses a reloadable clip, however Medic is the only class where anybody else will hear a sound from it.

Scout is the ultimate gangster.
He shoots at them while his gun is pointed at his shoes and the clip is in midair.
It works with all auto/semi-automatic guns in-game.
And well, it doesn't look anyhow gangsta to me.

FAN does make "CLICKCLICKCLICKCLICKCLICKCLICK" sound, but you can't hear it in 1st person
