Basically, this works like the other mega raffles. Entry fee is a hat, and your reward by the end of the raffle is a hat (holy shit son). Depending on how many hats or donated will determine how the hats are distributed. Donating more than one hat will NOT guarantee you a better chances in the raffle, doesn't matter anyway because everyone wins in these raffles. We might as well just call this a hat exchange but we are not going to because WE ARE STOOPID! Those kind enough to donate extra hats will have their hats donated to Jessecar for one of his absolutely outrageous tf2 events! (Or if you want you can donate them to me because who doesn't have enough stylish headware? :v:) If you wish to participate, simply add me on steam, or shoot me a trade request on tf2 if I am online. Then simply donate the hat and on the 20th I will close the raffle and randomize the list. Winners will be shown in the list from top to bottom and will be able to select a hat from the stash. In addition, the hat needs to be craftable and MUST NOT be a promo item that is obtainable by all tf2 players. I will be the first to enter this raffle by tossing my recently crafted Safe N' Sound into the pile. The participants and their donations will be displayed on the list below. You should have an alternative entry option, because some people don't have many hats, and those they do they don't want to get rid of.

That way everyone will walk away with at least one hat.
