The question came up because of the Mann Co. store, though.
One of my friends (who doesn't have a way to pay for it) wants to buy some shit on the Mann Co. Store and seeing as I do he wants me to somehow give him some money (If I give him $25UD for the wallet he'll pay me $35AU) but I do not know how to do this.
I'm sure you can gift money in the steam wallet. Kinda like a gift card.
You're not allowed to gift money. Upon checkout you can see that that option is grayed out.
