Yeah I kind of hate how people try to rip my throat out when I suggest that L4D2 might be imperfect, or that I'm not very excited about any new arena maps, or that KotH just looks like a slightly altered Arena mode, or that I don't really like Arena mode.

Also that L4D hasn't gotten nearly enough updates compared to TF2

yEs because they love the community. I mean where are you gonna find a company that releases their own public sdk, gives away entire source code, and praises fan made maps and hats? Sometimes even making them official. Where I ask??

Valve has been one the best video games I have encountered due to the consistent flow of content and updates. Also, they have a FANTASTIC community and do nothing but listen and help us, in return we make maps, mods, models, and whatever else you can think of for our favorite games and Valve does nothing but completely embrace that and then help us more by giving us the resources to make better maps, models, etc., and then they embrace that more.

Its a complete help/share cycle that you can't help but love. Sure they make a few delays here and there and don't support some games like they do others, but have you really played a valve game that you had an average reason to hate?

Like a reason to hate a game that isn't made by Valve for something like, oh I don't know, lack of graphics or content. I can't, atleast, think of a real reason to dislike Valve games. I don't like L4D all that much, but it is still a very good game, and I'm also looking forward to L4D2 even if it is a bit early for a sequel.

All I'm trying to say is that Valve never really puts out a BAD game. Sure its delayed, but that outcome is always good.
