Most of these spreadsheets are wrong and are used as an absolute price instead of an estimate by dumb traders.

Some spreadsheets have been saying that strange items like the rocket launcher and other stock primaries are 2 ref when you can easily get them for 1-1.33 ref.

Well I don't know about some spreadsheets, this one is very good. Strange RLs are still offered for a key all the time still, so I don't think 1-2 refined is that far off.
