Supposedly, but this could mean that camera beards now have hat drop rates.
I just combined 2 Camera Beards and got a Killer's Kabuto. :D

Ten-Gallon is one of the most favorite hats. Atleast save it. I cannot say how disappointed i will be if you craft that Ten-Gallon

Two Beards = one hat, I'm not sure about the drop rate though.
I really regret crafting three of my old beards for a scrap metal now though :(
I think beards have hat drop rates again,same with the medic mask.
