Guys, today i was taunting as engie, and i was shocked to see that im hatless. Then i went to my backpack and there was nothing there :O
What is that?

Happened to me too, just a bug. Apparently nobody else saw me as hatless.
Yeah no one saw me as hatless too :(
Saw this on the facepunch server about half an hour ago. It was just an enemy engie, however. Our's still had his helmet

I'll just bring out this screenshot from a few days ago.
As you can see I'm a spy; my friend on the other team has 'killed' the disguised me (although I had Dead Ringer on), and he has no helmet.

This happened to me when I was a scout. I was like HOLY SHIT I GOT HATLESS SCOUT. Everyone else said "what the hell are you talking about?"
I got a weirder bug. For some reason my achievements are showing weird pictures.
Look at the bottom right corner. Before that Squirtle it was the "24" show picture.

It does that to me too, it seems to confuse spray images as achievment images.

I feel that I've been ripped off.
I've seen lots of hatless classes. It's some weird bug. I saw a hatless Scout, Engineer, and Soldier (He had Soldier's Stash, but you couldn't see the helmet, just the band with the cards and cigarettes).
My engi sniper and scout never wear their hat for some reason.

Its a glitch w/ Sprays.

One time I got a picture of Carlton from Fresh Prince of Bel-Aire as my achievement image.
I saw a hatless Engineer last night...but out of pure reflex I Spy-checked him. Turns out he was a Spy. Weird (disguised Spies don't wear hats).
I did see a genuine hatless Sniper last night, though. He told me he had the real Ritzy Rick's Hair Fixative. It was cool.

That makes sense, since the Demo has a different bodygroup when he taunts with the grenade launcher. I guess it mistakenly carries over to the Engie's hatless bodygroup.
They do have a hat that makes him hatless, it's for the sniper too.
