So I'm wondering if there's any way to reset all of your achievements, re-do them and get weapons again as I really hate the new drop system, I get all my items on one day (that's thursday, the day it resets. which means I'm dry for a whole week). So far I haven't found a "legit" way to do it.

Only way to do it would be SAM, which doesn't meet two of your specs.
A lot of my achievements reset, but not all of them. The milestones stayed and it appears the others that disappeared just reset at random. I think resetting stats does it, but why only some of them is a mystery to me.
And the milestones don't get you weapons over and over. Deal with the drop system bro, its here to stay.

I thought there was a mod or something where you would type a console command and you could change achievements to either you have them or not, but you don't get the items again, oh well.
Once you get the milestones, you can re-lock the milestones and re-earn them, but you won't get another milestone item
