• Idea for disguised Spy taunting

Instead of the Spy not taunting whatsoever, he could do the disguised character's taunt, but with a catch. 1 out of 5 times, he'll screw it up. Take for example, the Engineer. His pistol taunt is him twirling a pistol around on his finger. The spy could do this, but when he screws it up, he drops the pistol. Or the scout, when he taunts with his pistol, he jogs in place. As spy, when he screws it up, the spy could slip and fall on his face or something. Just came to me after playing spy for a while. It's not really that great for people that just uncloak and stab/sap, but it's good for the spy that likes to fool around and act more like the team first.
^But why? It would be pretty freaking annoying.

I like this idea alot, would really help with your disguise. He should fail less often than you said though.
I dunno, the way it is seems pretty stupid that he does nothing at all, and it would be funny.
I'd like it if the spy just did his normal taunt, and everybody on the other team could see his disguised taunt.
I like this idea alot, would really help with your disguise
2 times out of 3 it would ruin your disguise
the spys taunt should make him evolve into a charazard and shoot fire allover... because the spy likes teh pokehmonz
2 times out of 3 it would ruin your disguise
I don't suppose 1 out of 3 is any better?
2 times out of 3 it would ruin your disguise
I thought he said 2 out of 3 times would be successful
he should slit and have is knife go up his own ass and die
How about the spy doesn't fail at all. He can already near-perfectly replicate his enemies (and allies), why would he not be able to replicate a taunt? The only thing he can't do right now is fire the held weapon.
I thought he said 2 out of 3 times would be successful
It says 1 out of 5 now
It says 1 out of 5 now
Aye, changed it a bit.
As soon as spies can do taunts people will spy check taunting people too so there's no point really..
But the spy never does any mistakes. He is the perfect assassin.
This idea is pretty cool.

If the mistakes were more subtle and varied and it was 1 in 10 (like the Disguise Kit Crab taunt) then this could be a pretty good idea
You might get around being spychecked maybe for a week or so but people would just start spychecking taunting people.
WHY DON'T WE JUST GIVE UP, PARTNER EVERYONE BACK TO THE BASE, PARTNER I'd love to see those used in some way.
But the spy never does any mistakes. He is the perfect assassin.
His idea of espionage is essentially putting on a little paper mask that says "I AM NOT A SPY, GUYZ". It's not really the Spy being perfect, so much as his enemies being really gullible.
