Probably the Spy. Like the Sniper, he is normally all professional and stuff, but when he loses his shit, he fucking loses his shit. Also he wears a suit.

Medic is a close second, due to batshit insane doctor lines.

All of them really, they all have a flare of personality.
Scout is an overconfident kid.
Pyro's a mystery.
Soldier is a stereotype.
Heavies got a limit on his language which makes him amusing.
Demo's just nuts.
Engineer is a happy chap but with a blunt sense of humour.
Medic is a psychopath when he's "enjoying" himself.
Sniper is a crazed gunman, really.
Spy is a cocky shit but that's why I like him.

I think the Heavy's probably the best. Everything he does is touched by a bit of humour. He can't even make shooting a serious act, because he laughs and sings while spinning his guns, which is awesome.
