I was playing 2fort one day and decided to rocket jump onto the battlements to defend our intel.
The embarrassing part? I rocket jumped into a huntsman snipers arrow.
The more embarrassing part? It was a headshot.

ctf_doublecross, under the bridge, I was running at the ennemie intel, then I turned arround to watch my back (A Spy was following me) and keep walking backward but, I fell and died...
The Spy laughed at me with his mic. :saddowns:

Well I think this counts as one of those threads you wouldn't lock because while the other is 'weirdest', thus implying some sort of strange quirky game behaviour, this is 'embarrassing', i.e. getting your ass handed to you by a guy on 1 hp, or falling to your death pursuing a wounded enemy (both of which have happened to me on that note :saddowns:)
Most embarrassing death I've ever had though was probably rocket jumping onto the bridge in doublecross while forgetting it was pretty much swarming with Blus, somehow though I managed to make it over to their base and to the intel, and upon capping it, I was low on HP and about to run to the bridge with my equaliser equipped when suddenly an engineer out of fucking nowhere, I somehow managed to dodge his fire and I equipped my rocket launcher, rounding a corner to pick up the health vial there, bringing me up to 45 hp or something like, I was about to charge when he rounds the corner, clips me with the shotgun and I end up critting us both...
Not my proudest achievement.

Well, more like most embarrassing kill, but, I was playing heavy and eating a sandvich when I turn around and see a pyro about to tauntkill me. I speedily pulled out my fists and walked behind him, and tauntkilled him in an ironic fashion.
Then the enemy team's heavy and medic killed me.
1. A pyro reflected an arrow and headshotted me with it.
2. Air blasted into the air then killed by a huntsman arrow.
I'm unlucky when it comes to arrows.
Getting killed by huntsman taunt kill while attempting to taunt kill someone as a pyro, my first and only unintended death by taunt. Plus that guy got Shafted achievement, so he was a complete noob :ninja:
Anybody who's ever been killed by the train should post here. I've been killed by that thing like 5 times.
Friendlies were stuck on a CP map being held back by a sentry gun. I went Spy and, like a true gentleman, snuck through their front lines and backstabbed the Engineer. I felt great knowing that I had helped my team, until I got backstabbed right along with Engie.

Sorry, I happen to have a tendency of doing that.
I was in the enemy base, a pyro lit me on fire and when I tried to jump from the battlements into the water (2fort) I fell to a clumsy and painful death.

I never get killed by the train, but I've been hit with that damn saw on Sawmill too many times to count. The damn thing must actively hate me I swear.
Also, as Medic, any time you get 1 shotted with an uber counts as an embarrassing death, be it a Backstab, Headshot, or Crit.
I swear to god, I don't get backstabbed or headshotted often, but if I have an Uber, my chances of getting Backstabbed or Headshotted increases 10-fold.

Killed by the Sandman taunt. Say what you will, that shit's embarrassing.
On the other way around, I once went to taunt kill a Spy as a Sniper. I missed the stun but he repeatedly shanked me in the face until the taunt finished and killed him. I got him again later with the stun too. He stayed pretty far away from me from then on.
