Hey guys, i recently just started playing TF2 and i don't understand how to get different weapons and hats. To me,i get them randomely and im not quite sure how i got something exactly,so can someone help me out? ex:out of nowhere i got the backburner
You either get them randomly, or you do achievement milestones for specific classes to get specific items.
You can get items from completing achievement milestones or just randomly.

Way one: unlock achievements
Way two: get them by random drops
