Too much to claim?

So, I was idleing for pretty much the entire weekend ona server with zero second respawn times (ie. no item claiming). So today when I decided to rake in the goods by going to a different server, it wont give me the items. And I know I got some because I've been watching my backpack on TF2 Items:

So do I just have too much? How do I get them?

no you just need a slower spawn server, or play a little bit longer.

Or use Didrole's Steam Item Manager

I tried on a 12 second respawn server. Nothing.

play the game as normal and you will get the drops, once it said i had got 2 huntsmans but i had to play for a couple of minutes on a regular server to get them

I usually join different servers, and spam mouse1, mouse2 and Spacebar. ._.
Sounds stupid, but it actually works for me.

Going from spec to playing, killing myself and going to spec always makes the stuff to drop for me

Then you're not truly idling for the 48 hours of the weekend :p
I get ~10 items per 24 hours on average.
