He is less insane than most of the others, but still has a few screws loose.
Yes. Go into tr_walkway, and snipe a few bots. Now, he'll yell the usual YOU'RE HEADS ARE BLOODY 12 FEET TALL and all that, but if you listen very closely, after a while he'll start to whisper the same things. It's very creepy the first time you hear it.
inb4 a billion jarate jokes.
Also his domination lines, and general killing lines are much more darker than the other 8.

Some are more insane than the others, but I think Demoman, Spy, and Sniper are the people you'd hang out at a bar with.
