I can't seem to get the halo hat invisible. I really don't like seeing it everywhere, so I was going to make it invisible, but I'm horribly new to skinning.
I opened the VTF file in Photoshop, got rid of it so it was just the checkerboard background in PS to signify that nothing is there, but when I save it and look at it in the Model Viewer, it's pure white. When I open the VTF in Photoshop again, it's a pure white square.
Could someone help me out with the getting the alpha channels working?
If you see anyone with a faglo, kill them. If you are a medic, don't heal them. If you are admin, kick them with reason "FAGLO"?

I do, but i don't. I wish they didn't come out with the halo. Split tf2 into 2.
I love the halo, easy way to find cloaked spies.

to be honest, I feel more sorry for the person that felt so absolutely jaded about not getting a halo that they felt compelled to use this model.

On one server we had people annoyed at it, people indifferent to it, and one guy who treated it as some stat boosting item specially given to him by Valve because he was so good (unlike all the bad CHEATERS!), he argued about it with everybody else for 3 maps.
He then changed to spy, cloaked and ran out of the spawn, and got killed quite quickly, then he unequipped the halo :v:

Yeah, 95.5% of players are gonna have it. It'll get old fast and people will switch to other hats now that they are dropping more often.

Something tells me if you had a halo your attitude would be different.
Why would you want to remove it? Makes it easier to spot those cloaked spies. ;)
