• Tf2 not working on mac

So after the polycount update, my tf2 refuses to start up. The valve logo shows up as it should, with the sound and all, but then it all goes black. I've verified the integrity of the game cache twice now, and tried messing around with the options in properties. Any help, facepunch?
-novid -autoconfig Put them in launch options.

same exact problem and any game on my mac that runs on the same name for the execution program, like DoD doesn't work either. Really annoying.
