I crash due to replay.dll, I have googled it and i couldn't find any TF2-related answers. Is it the update or is it just me?
I have it too, but not on both of my accounts. Some people say deleting the tf2 folder in your steamapps will make it better, but I'd rather not download several GB of data at 10 kb/s
I had this as well, but I right-clicked TF2, went to properties. Click the "Local Files" tab on the window that opens. Then "Verify integrity of game cache..." Worked for me.

Validate the integrity of the cache in your properties.

Delete your tf folder. It's that easy.
