General:
Heavy
Tomislav
Removed spin-up buff
Removed health penalty
Sandvich
The heavy no longer gains health from a Sanvich they drop; It re-fills their Sanvich ammo instead.
Spy
Enforcer stats changed to:
0.5 increased decloak time
Unable to see enemy health
Sync'd with recent changes from Team Fortress 2
Uh those heavy changes are stupid?
>Removed spin-up buff
NOOOOOOO
The heavy no longer gains health from a Sanvich they drop; It re-fills their Sanvich ammo instead.
Hope that doesn't get added in the real game
What the hell is the Tomislav's upside now?
R.I.P Sandvich quick heals
I like the Enforcer nerf.
Does that mean Sandvich right-click will only heal teammates now? If so, I'm okay with this.
This is actually a very good thing. The Sandvich being a free medium healthkit was really powerful and people have since used it as a crutch.
Just how many Heavies did you ever see rolling a different secondary (other than Buffalo Steak Sandvich) and was playing to actually win?
wat

Enforcer nerf is needed, but the tomislav nerf is too much.
Sandvich nerf makes no sense.
I'm okay with this. The Enforcer, Tomislav, and the Sandvich quick-heal were all slightly OP.

The sandvich is an instant 150 hp for a class with the most health in the game.
Oh damn the sandvich nerf is a great idea
The Enforcer was extremely OP. Tomislav had many upsides but had very noticeable downfalls when facing other non-Tomislav Heavies. Sandvich was situationally OP

precisely the reasons I'm not okay with this
Major balance update... told ya!
All those changes welcome though really, except that damn syncing.
Ohh boy spuf is at work.
Wait so.....you drop a sandvich to get another one ? I don't get it.
RIP my only reason for playing Heavy
Tomislav catered to all my needs. It was for assasin heavies, and now it's gone :(
And quick heal sandvich was so useful if you were under fire and needed a quick boost
This is
BULLSHIT

Wait so.....you drop a sandvich to get another one ? I don't get it.
You can give the sandvich to other teammates instead of yourself, you know.
Wait so.....you drop a sandvich to get another one ? I don't get it.
I'm assuming the sandvich still heals allies for 150 HP. However, if the Heavy picks it up, he will get it back. That way, if your ally for some foresaken reason ignores or does not notice the sandvich you try to give them, and run off, you can just pick it back up.
And I don't think not being able to see HP for enemies is a problem for most spies. Something like
-3 bullets instead of 6
-Doubles cloak consumption
-Doubles flame damage
Those....use those

The exact reason that drop feature was added. Till it became the crutch feature. Now it's back to only being what it was made for.
Hmm not sure if that Sandvich nerf was necessary (never really saw someone complain about it ingame), but I'm not exactly opposed to it either. I doubt it'll remind Heavies to use it more often for teammates, but I kinda doubt it. It was nice to throw it a teammate for a 50% buff and take a small medkit to refill the meter for yourself.
Maybe they could do it so it recharges faster if you throw it a teammate? If they're into finetuning, the recharge increase would be higher if you healed more HP with it.
Also it's really convenient to be able to get all the info + a discussion on FP as soon as the little "DL finished" notification pops up. :v: Thanks, OPs.
What are tomislav's current stats now? worse than the stock minigun amirite?

No one EVER complained about the sandvich during its timespan of being in TF2. Because it's so gimmicky and people love it. But that doesn't change the fact it was extremely OP back when you were able to endlessly heal with it.

I think the fact almost every heavy who knows what they are doing has the Sandvich equipped speaks louder than complaints. People would most likely complain about it if it were an actual weapon.

It'll remind heavies that the Sandvich actually has a primary fire, amazing right?

Those 3 nerfs are either underpowered or stupid as shit.
the first one - the reload for revolvers is fast anyways, so no problem there
second one - gives 4 seconds of DR and normal Cloak, and 3 seconds of CnD, how is that fucking useful?
third one - Useless nerf if the spy has a spy-cicle (and most enforcer spies do)
Also, this change should apply to the Buffalo Steak Sandvich, but knowing Valve, they might have dropped the ball on that. Someone go check :v:
