Post your ideas here for things that should be incorporated or fixed in Team Fortress 2. New weapon ideas, new game mode ideas, etc.
The Scout needs a Chicken Legs misc
The Scout needs a Bacon Legs misc
Fixed.
Fixed.
But he doesn't need a misc. He already has Bacon Legs
New sentries.
Malicious Macaroni Mace
it is macaroni

Literal bacon legs. Upon any type of jump, the legs can stretch for Scout's mouth and he can eat it, letting him regain 10 health.
You know how you can download skins to alter how weapons how characters look? But not how they act? Well I think skins are one of the best things in tf2 (besides hats), and that everyone should be able to see them. So what if everyone could see which skins you've applied to your characters and weapons? Of course if you put on a skin to alter your gameplay (like a skin for the blue scout that was colored red to fuck up the enemy team) you'd be reported by the community. Just an idea, but hey that's what this thread is for.

Dicks and ponies.
Dicks and ponies everywhere.

And then moving slower each time and jumping shorter heights cause he took out a piece of his own leg.
Eventually, his legs will be gone, and the only thing there will be the top half of his body

Not going to happen. The amount of client side downloading for that to work would surely make sure that you never actually get into a game.

Misc 2, Greasy Literal Bacon Legs - Cannot eat, or scout will have heart attack. Instead, he can slide across the floor.

Comes with complimentary QWOP boneitus for Pyro.

His only regret was that he had boneitus.
Nailgun.
That is all.
A spy watch where when you go invisible a hologram of your player goes out to where you are looking.
You are invisible while it is moving.
Give engineer the Winger and Family Business.
OK, I had an idea for something a little while ago called "Upgrades". Basically they'd go beneath the melee weapon slot, opposite the action slot on the loudout. What they would do is have further effects on a class and their weapons, whilst still being able to be used on a class no matter what weapon. They would also affect the Buildings and Sapper/Disguise Kit for the Engie and Spy respectively. Some ones I thought of:
Heavy: The Custom Tooled Cartridges
- 50% ammo increase for miniguns (total of 300)
- 80% move speed penalty (excluding spinning up minigun and using the GRU)
Spy: The Swingin' Sapper
- Can be thrown from a distance onto a building
- Thrown sappers that miss can be recollected
- Can only sap 1 building at a time
- Buildings take 10 seconds to destroy
Engineer: The Practical Problem Solver's Kit
- Buildings can be built and moved onto walls
- Buildings cost 300 Metal to upgrade
I think the Family Business could use faster reload and/or firing speed to compliment the increased ammo.
The Sharp Dresser gets custom stats:
+Can "leap" onto target
(ie, extended range by 200% or so, something drastic, but not to the point where I can back-stab from across the bridge from 2fort; maybe from the half point to the end?)
-No more chainstabs (recharge for leap/stab?)
Makes you a more effective selective hunter, but not so much for groups. Also makes a new playstyle rather than slightly tweaking an existing one. Sure, you get an uber long range, but you can no longer take down a whole group, but rather you can take one and leave more efficiently.

"Charge 'n stab"
New buildings
Stylish Spy
Skullbuster
I still think a mode whereby mercs gather the fallen dogtags of their enemies of their enemies would be kinda cool, especially if a horder of tags gets killed and spreads the tags in a massive yard sale.
I'd also enjoy a sort of Guard Dog buildable for Engie, like a mobile sentry that follows the Engie.

So, basically, Modern Warfare 3 gamemode "Kill Confirmed" mixed with that Halo: Reach skull gamemode.

See, things like these would work and be a glorious display of creativity in a perfect world.
But in our world this would just lead to dicks, obnoxious content that would just further fuel the silly hate for every fandom that exists (most likely involving dicks quite literally IN said fandoms) and of course at least a million HILARIOUS XDDD trollfaces and other dumb memes.
Also, more engie weapons and more demo weapons that are actually explosives.

Actually I was thinking more of Hunters from Tribes 2, whereby each player drops a flag when killed and other players can gather the flags to deposit at the nexus to increase their score. The scoring system encouraged gathering multiple flags and not just depositing one flag at a time. The TF2 Dogtags mode would be more like the team-based variant of Hunters, called Team Hunters. However, the more flags you have the more vulnerable you are to being tracked down, with more than 5 flags putting a flag on your body, and more than 15 marking your last-known location on the map. If a player had 10 or more flags when killed, they'd cause a Yard Sale! to appear on the HUD, prompting everyone to scramble to the place to gather the bounty of flags. The TF2 version would probably have a system whereby you could transfer flags to other players (similar to dropping the intel or throwing dosh in Killing Floor), allowing you to give the flags to a Scout so he could bonk back to the nexus and score muchos flags.
Here's more intel: http://www.tribes2wiki.com/wiki/Hunters
I would like to see some sort of unlockable SMG for the Sniper. I just have no idea what the stats would be.
More gamemodes.
More maps. Preferably a few more medieval mode maps. DegrootKeep needs a partner in crime.
weapons that arent reskins
I dont care if it's garbage, it's still much more interesting
DegrootKeep needs a partner in crime.
How about Junction?
Nobody likes it as it is and it's small enough to work as a melee-only map.
