Having technical problems with TF2, Can anyone help?

If this is the wrong place to post this. Sorry.
But its TF2 related, and i couldnt find a TF2 Problems thread.

I usually get on with TF2 fine. Ping of around 60/70 not great. But playable.
But the past 2 weeks, my servers are all looking like this... Latency wise.

(These servers ... FPUK and GB the main I play, usually have 50 - 90 Latency.)

I haven't installed anything, changed anything. Ive restarted my router many times.
Steam works. Other games work find. Just ... TF2, my ping will NOT go down.

Was there a recent update that may have switched something over for me accidentally?

Also, when i actually launch the game.
I get to the title screen and then it all goes rapidly down him, the music will stutter
" du-du-du-du-du-du-du .. da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da "

And its extremely hard to Quit the game, as it all goes into Slow motion.
I cant understand what has changed.

Steam server list latency is back to 60 - 80 as usual at the moment.
Im working, so I cant go ingame and test it. But, it could just be the bad weather conditions affecting my connection. Or... something. I dont know :v:

Still if anyone knows of any useful console commands or launch options, tweaks of some sort.
(Not a FPS config thats not what i mean) That can reduce my latency, (other than suggesting a better internet connection. Where I am, I cannot get any better than what I already have, unfortunately) ... Please let me know :smile: Thanks.
