According to the OP, he changed the Spy.
I don't see any actual change, though. Sure, the red is a bit of a different shade, but that's not something I'd like to call 'new'. Shit, I could do that in, what, 10 seconds? A minute if you count the time it takes to find and extract the default Spy skin.
Seriously, try thinking something up first, then make a skin of it. What you did now, darkening it, is only a matter of changing the hue, or applying a filter. That should be the last step, as a touch-up of your own skin. As it is now, it's just... sad.
(Also, I can't tell for sure, but I think you darkened his actual skin in the process as well. If this is the case, learn how to use the selection tool. For starters.)
Ah! Now I see it! The suit is more orangey, and the balaclava is black-brown rather than red. I actually think it's fairly good; not intrusive like most custom skins.

That map is awful in so many ways. It's fullbright, you used textures wrong, you used the wrong textures, and plastered decals all over every surface.
I can't really see much difference in the skin.
