Is there still a TF2 FP server?

I saw it posted somewhere, and I saw the steam group for it, but I cant seem to find it in the server list.

Does it still exist?

I usually only play with facepunch members on Jessecar's server, when it's around.

FPUK kind of fills up for a short while then empties, mostly around 8:00 PM GMT.
