Does anyone know of any Australian servers with the hat plugin?

The plugin which allows you to equip any hat. I've been looking all day for servers with them but I keep getting kicked for having too high a ping. The Facepunch server, though I don't get kicked, is both too laggy and empty. And yes I'm in Australia. Can anyone recommend any? IP helps.
