TF2 keeps crashing on me, and I have yet to be able to actually play. When I'm trying to join a server, while the progress is at "Retrieving server info" the game crashes. If I need to download something from the server, or if I create a server, it crashes at the MOTD. Can anyone help?

Or post in the steam forums or send it to robin, i dunno.

EDIT: Didn't work. Also already posted it in the steam forums, nobody replied and for a while, nobody but me had even viewed it.
I had the same problem, I just put the texture detail down to minimum and I was fine.
