The talented folks behind Gang Garrison have just released version 2.2. With reworked weapons, new game modes, and fancier menus and HUDs, it's pretty much better than TF2 in every possible way now. ETF2L is gearing up for their [url=http://etf2l.org/2010/03/25/the-etf2l-highlander-community-challenge/]Highlander Community Challenge[/url]. It's a fun tournament aimed at getting lots of people into some fun competitive matches. If you feel like you're crushing everyone in pubs, this'll be a great opportunity for you to find a new challenge. In addition, we're providing them with the ability to give out in-game medals to players who participate in the tournament. Everyone knows that there's only thing that beats a fine hat-wearing chap: a hat-wearing chap who's also covered in medals. We're not making any of this up, people. These are game design facts.

Though this blog post did show me the L4D and TF2 crossover, I knew about everything else. At the very least, it's nice to know that Valve is still keeping up on community stuff, but we need some indications that they're doing something too.
I love how Valve is keeping us on our toes about the Engineer Update, what with including lines in their blog posts and dropping hints in their text.
Next blog update is probably gonna be called "The Engineer Update".
It'll be a bugfix that fixes the clipping on the level 3 dispenser.
I do love VALVe though, they truly care about us!
I like how no one saw the fact they gave that competition items to hand out to those that attend.
I was glad they gave some attention to Law Abiding Engineer. Though I'm sure we all saw that coming.
Aw, it's nice to see that they love the work of the community.
I want a fancy medal too. Anyone wanna make a team?
