When I make my server, I can join it, but no one else can, can someone please help?

2. Type "SV_lan 0" and "heartbeat" into console.

Can I use those commands through the HLServer thing?
If you have a router go to your 192.168.XXXXXXX whatever you have it set too and forward the ports 27015 on both udp and tcp. After edit settings such as hostname/maxplayers/sv_lan 0/sv_pure 1/etc.. then type map mapname and allow people to join it.
