Raffle for Lumbricus Lid (and a Crate for second place)

I'm giving away my Lumbricus Lid and a Mann Co. Crate (Series #1) in a raffle. Cost is one scrap to enter, and each person can enter their name up to three times. Winner will be announced Friday at 4:30 PM EDT.

Why do you think other raffles are made?
They take scrap, make a hat and that hat will possibly be in the next raffle (if there is one).

why do people care what his intentions are? It's a raffle, what he chooses to do with the entry fees is his thing. All I know is that I'm giving someone some metal and there's a chance that I may get a hat in return and I'm alright with that.
