What is A.S.I.E.I? The Aperture Science Item Exchange Initiative was created for the purpose of allowing more in depth trading amongst the steam community. While most modern day trading programs limit themselves to project #440 (Team Fortress 2) Aperture Science goes beyond the call in providing the best service possible!

As the site says, it's still in beta. I'm the only person who works on this so I do what I can with whatever freetime that I can. I've kicked it into overdrive to get it here today but even then, there is still a lot I want to do. Keep this in mind when you're using the site. It's rushed. I know that doing so is a shitty choice on my part for something I feel has a lot of potential but I wanted to get this out so everyone could have Steam Game Trading. The site is functional, but if you find a bug or anything, let me know RIGHT away. I'll jump back on this after Christmas! Thank you all for the time, I hope the works out for the best!

[B]Trading support for Spiral Knights will not be included due to the current unavailability of trading SK items on Steam. However, when they fix it, the ability to trade it will be activated right away. Dota II Items might not show up if Steam does not allow them to be traded.[/B]

The trading menu as of current design, clicking on an item allows puts in your list, when you're all set, you can then select what you'd like in return.

Got some extra coupons? Trade em! Coal sadly cannot show up in inventories, but we have created a work around.

Very nice idea, only trading site I've seen so far that properly implements game trading, although I'd imagine it'd be a bitch to add games on your wishlist, unless you have to enter the app id, or there's a search function

Well the kickstart to getting this going was the first day of the sales, because coupons and coal, so it was like...okay, here's something.

I've had this project for a while but never cared about it since there are other trading sites. :P

I'd prefer when searching trades if the "View Trade" button actually opened a page rather than just reloading the content.

Being able to just middle-click them and look through lots of trades at once would be a lot more useful imo.

EDIT: Also, being able to comment on trades (or comments on offers) would be neat too.

I need some opinions before I move on with the next update.

At the moment, I use a form that goes through 4 pages to get stuff posted. However, I have also made one that is just one large page that loads in parts of itself to save time to the user.

There are a few pros and cons with both setups though. I personally like the 4 page style better because it just runs better on a user side. But what I may do is open up both and get a preference user side as to what you all like.

Along with a notice, I will be updating the site tomorrow. I have a lot of new features that I've setup. Just finishing bug testing as well as going to re-write the help page so everything will be better clarified.
