Items Floating around my backpack

after idling yesterday a few of my items got deleted (1 hat and some high level stuff). i read that some of my items will come back sometime today. yesterday i had no items floating around my backpack, and now i do.

Did you earn any from achievements? Those are the only ones that are coming back.

Yes, and note they are all low leveled. but also note they weren't in my bag before that. just the high levels i kept in my bag. this is puzzling...
