I will store the scrap metal on the fourth page of my backpack. All metal earned through this venture will be put to use to make hats/items for future raffles.

You'd be better of posting raffles in SPUF. You'll get a lot more people, plus, Valve will see it and ban you if you scam them. So they know for a fact it is legit.
Also, raffles like these are, "I have a dupe/shit hat. Give me tons of scrap metal so I can make a new one".
