Great for annoying people with/without the halo, all you do, is press c, then 4. follow the people with/without the halo while choosing jeers in voice menu, I prefer to do it on snipers because they normally stay still and move around slowly.

What? Why would anyone leave a server because someone uses jeers?
Jeers have been in since the release of TF2 and they haven't annoyied anyone.
I have spammed voice chat commands since tf2 was released and the only time people was annoyed by it was back when NEED A TELEPORTER HERE was new.
Real men use the cloak and dagger to get up to the sniper decks on the enemy's side of 2fort, sit and spam voice commands.

Apparently there is a way to fly around in spec with the halo. I've seen a few people do it now. Not sure how tho.
