Actually click the link. I'm talking about Robin's personal Rocket Launcher (like the whole thread is) and Robin actually deleted that one. He had two; the regular Valve Rocket Launcher with the basic add-on attributes (which is now a normal-powered one) and then he had his own personal Rocket Launcher with 9900% damage amongst other things. That one is totally deleted now.
Check the backlog of his Backpack.
