You should separate the voice clips into single-word sounds, then place each word on the beat. That's the sort of stuff I used to do my old TF2 remix before I did video stuff with the mixes (now, I use Ableton to "warp" the sentences, which actually stretches them out, making them say stuff slower/faster so its on-beat).
Well, I'll just make next one better and let this be. It may not be perfect but fuck nothing is perfect.

the beat in the background sem to utterly trounce any beat produced by current musical artists. (who basicly sing an old song over a drum beat and a synthisiser.)

And I used fruity loops. Got problem with it? You can make impressive music with it ([url=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_4B5Hzuvy_0]This[/url] for example)
