Apparently there is a leak going around and apperently Valve uses the fake update ideas. Who knows.

Looks pretty fake to me. The model is pretty bad and the particle effects are reused, don't think valve would do this.
Makes way too much sense to be included with the update.

It's a possible mod for the dispenser. It even says that the dispenser is being used.
Still, it's an okay mod.

Because the Repair Node model was so on-model compared to the rest of TF2. They have repeatedly said time and time again they do try out community ideas for the updates, so it's fairly possible they could have tested it at one point.

Yes, Valve does get ideas from the community but they don't do it in such an obvious way, like copying the model.
Also, the textures are bad, re-used particles and all that stuff.

Nice idea, but when you think about it it'd be stupidly OP if Valve really were testing it.
