Asked this on steampowered, but does anyone give a shit about the hatless unlocks?
Example, was playing earlier and got Baseball Bill's Sport Shine, no one cared, 2 minutes later some dude gets a fancy fedora and everyone flips the fuck out.
Hatless = Completely worthless :V?

It's because that everyone wants the Spy stuff, even though most of the people who want it never play/can't play as Spy.
Fancy Fedora makes people to flip the fuck out because it's for leet Spy.

Some of the newer hats for some classes are being hatless. Soldier, engie and scout can go hatless.

you mean sniper, engi and scout. The soldier gets the viking helm and the pan.

Doesn't seem like that great of an unlock because scout's hair looks like the same color as his hat so I can't really tell the difference until I'm up close. But the bonk helmet is definitely noticeable.
People don't flip over the hatless unlock, because that means you are [i][b]poor and Irish[/i][/b]
I want the hatless unlock. I think the scout looks better that way.
But mainly, I want to see the sniper hatless and bandana unlocks...

Yes he does.
I had it at some time, until Valve removed it, and believe me, you don't want to have a hatless. Nobody ever notices you, and it just looks boring, except on the Engineer. Good thing I still have my Pickelhaube. :v:

Hatless engi is a decent unlock, and it's my only one aside from the halo. And people did go nuts a bit when i got it. :dance:

Correct, but they are still visible during killcam, spy with fedora in killcam is insta-win.
I play with damn frenchies(Some one made a nice TF2 remake, ctf_2fort_tf2fr_something, damn french), so I don't actually get noticed (They don't even know why they got the Halo.), but it looks really cool.

The only hat I have or technically no hat is the Engi's. I really don't like it all that much. It's just a bald Texan running around vs a bald Texan with a hard hat running around. Now something like the Bonk Hat (I play the scout 90% of the time) would be cool.
Often when I see someone hatless I think "Fuck, Texture glitch".
Takes be a little while to notice its a hat.
