Have you tried playing the new L4D2 campaign 'the sacrifice'. Items wouldn't drop for me as well until I played the sacrifice.
Got my items a few minutes after completing the campaign.
It says I purchased my ellis cap n pan. So I can't trade them?
I wonder how much the new items go for.
Frying pan owns though, I don't think I'll trade that and the Mann co cap = ellis cap.

still hasnt dropped for me, ive played the new dlc, cleared the first 2 slots in my backpack, and have been playing tf2 quite often
